Practice Environment
• XI Da Vinci robotic system w/ open access, no scheduling conflicts

• Onsite urogynecology support for seamless collaboration
• Dedicated Nurse Practitioner first assist available at all times

Schedule & Clinical Scope
• Choose a traditional 4-day workweek or shift-based model (7-8, 24-hour shifts/month)
• Balanced practice w/ approximately 450-500 deliveries annually
• Flexibility to align your schedule w/ your preferred lifestyle & practice style

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary starting at $400,000 w/ room for negotiation
• Sign-on bonus starting at $50,000
