What You'll Do

• Provide respiratory care to pediatric and adult patients across NICU, PEDS acute care, and adult intensive care units
• Manage airway procedures and ventilation support, including vent management and ABGs
• Administer medications related to respiratory therapy and assist with pulmonary toileting and suctioning
• Monitor and adjust oxygen therapy, and operate equipment such as BiPAP, CPAP, Hamilton G5, and Philips V60
• Float between units, including NICU, PEDS, and adult critical care, as needed
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, documentation, and safety standards
• Support COVID and flu vaccination policies

What You Need

• Valid NBRC RRT license in Indiana
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
• Minimum of 2 years of acute respiratory care experience, including airway management and vent management
• Ability to work flexible 4x12 night shifts and float between units
• Strong communication, documentation, and troubleshooting skills
