Depth & Scope: Cultivates and sustains long term client relationships through leads management and outbound efforts in a bank location; responsible for identifying opportunities that deepen client relationships that allow clients to meet their financial objectives Proactively engages in client conversations with curiosity, actively listening and accurately capturing information while leveraging TD systems and tools to identify appropriate client solutions and next best actions, ensuring consistent follow-through across all client commitments, including partner hand-offs Consistently leads client engagement across walk-in, appointment, and outbound opportunities, establishing credibility and deepening relationships. Leads purposeful, goals-based discovery with confidence, uncovering both expressed and unexpressed client needs through advanced questioning and active listening Applies strong banking and financial knowledge to interpret client needs and validate understanding.
