I spoke with the hiring manager about this role the other day, and he told me that he's looking for superintendents with experiencing working on water or wastewater treatment plants ...  

Plus , this company pays top dollar (120k-$200k depending on experience), but that's not what is most interesting about this opportunity...

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of construction sites
• Coordinate and schedule project activities with subcontractors and labor
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Manage project budgets and monitor expenses
• Lead and mentor team members to ensure effective collaboration
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and performance
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and reports
• Utilize AutoCAD for project planning and execution
• Implement field coordination strategies for efficiency
• Address and resolve any project-related issues or challenges

Required Qualifications:

• Experience working with water/wastewater treatment plants
• 3+ years professional experience

Nice-to-have Qualifications (again, NOT required):

• HVAC, plumbing, and utility systems experience
• Experience with grading, trenching, and large diameter piping
• BS in Construction Management or similar (have I mentioned these are NOT required?)
