• 8 - 10 night shifts needed, 12 hour shifts
• 20 - 25 patients per 12 hour shift
• Hospital setting
• Midlevel support Sunday through Friday
• 18,000 annual volume with 1.6 - 1.9 patients per hour
• Increased fast track coverage
• No rounding required
