Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician Full-time permanent opportunity with leadership responsibilities Split role: 16 hours/week Medical Director + 24 hours/week Primary Care 20-24 patients per day in outpatient setting EMR: Meditech Expanse with Dragon dictation Community call (including nursing home patients) - TBD Must have at least 5 years of outpatient primary care experience Ideal candidate is interested in long-term commitment (5-10 years) Leadership Responsibilities: Provide clinical oversight and leadership for physician practices Collaborate with senior leadership on strategy, operations, and integration Ensure quality of care, regulatory compliance, and provider performance Mentor providers and coordinate medical staff education Participate in committees, quality initiatives, and ACO/value-based programs Act as EMR superuser and lead quality improvement initiatives Assist with recruitment, provider relations, and patient satisfaction efforts Organization Information: Competitive base salary + productivity incentives $20,000 commencement bonus Retention bonuses (years 2 & 3) Up to $19,000 relocation/rental assistance + 6-month housing support Student loan repayment assistance 5 weeks vacation + 5 sick days + holidays 1 week CME + $4,000 CME allowance Strong RN/MA support, IT, and marketing resources No state income tax, affordable housing, and excellent schools Lifestyle Information: Located in beautiful northern New Hampshire near the White Mountains Four-season outdoor lifestyle: skiing, hiking, fishing, and more Safe, close-knit community with strong patient-centered culture Easy access to Canada and Maine for weekend travel Affordable living with scenic surroundings About Lancaster, New Hampshire: Lancaster is a charming small town nestled in the scenic White Mountains region, offering a peaceful, rural lifestyle.
