Lake Charles Memorial Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join its Patient Care Team. The RN uses the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate direct patient care, delivering hands-on services and making sound clinical decisions. The role involves collaboration with an interdisciplinary team from admission to discharge, following evidence-based policies, and educating patients and families while documenting care.
