Molex is seeking a strategic Director of Co-Packaged Optics (CPO) to lead the fiber connectivity strategy in Fremont or Lisle. You will drive innovation and market leadership across product, business development, marketing, and R&D. You will own the CPO roadmap, define the value proposition, identify customers, and mentor others while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver growth.
