Duration: Permanent, Full-Time

Shift: 24-hour shifts (5–6 shifts/month, no on-call)

Hours/Week: Approximately 40–48 hours/week

License/Certifications: Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology; BLS, ACLS, DEA required

Experience: 1–5 years preferred, must have delivery experience

What You'll Do

• Provide inpatient obstetric care in a busy hospital with a Level 2 NICU
• Manage approximately 13–14 patients daily across inpatient, outpatient, rounds, and clinic settings
• Perform an average of 4-5 deliveries per 24 hours, including vaginal deliveries and C-sections
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for high-quality patient outcomes
• Utilize EPIC electronic medical records for documentation and care coordination
• Cover scheduled shifts on holidays with premium pay
• Work independently within a collaborative hospital environment

What You Need

Required:

• Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Current BLS, ACLS, DEA licenses
• Active California medical license or application in progress
• Delivery experience is essential

Preferred:

• 1–5 years of practice experience in obstetrics
• Ability to work a flexible schedule on 24-hour shifts
