By providing fun and accessible creative opportunities, we aim to foster stronger, more connected communities where individuals find joy and togetherness. About The Role Just Add Creative (JAC) is seeking a creative and reliable Volunteer Events Photographer to help us visually document the energy, joy, and impact of our community programs. This role is perfect for someone who loves storytelling through images and wants to use their photography (or smartphone skills) to support a mission-driven arts nonprofit. You’ll attend local JAC events and partner events throughout Palm Beach County and help capture authentic, meaningful moments that can be used across our social media, website, newsletters, and marketing materials. What You’ll Do Attend JAC-hosted and JAC-partner community events (flexible schedule) Capture candid photos and short videos that tell the story of the event Highlight people, interactions, creative activities, and emotional moments Provide edited or lightly curated photo/video selections after each event Help visually document the impact of JAC programs for storytelling and outreach What We’re Looking For A passion for storytelling through photography or video Ability to capture natural, candid, documentary-style moments Own camera equipment OR use of a smartphone is absolutely welcome Basic ability to organize and share digital files after events Reliability and comfort working in community, family-friendly environments A creative eye for emotion, connection, and detail Time Commitment Flexible and event-based No minimum monthly requirement Join events based on your availability What You’ll Gain Experience documenting real community impact Portfolio-building opportunities (your work credited when used) Connection with a creative, mission-driven nonprofit community Freedom to experiment with storytelling style and visual voice How You’ll Help Us Your photos and videos will help JAC share the story of creativity in action, showing how free art kits, workshops, and community events bring people together and spark joy across Palm Beach County. #J-18808-Ljbffr
