As our Telehealth Psychiatrist in Williston, ND, you will be the pioneering Mental Healthcare Architect , establishing and leading innovative telepsychiatry services for a rapidly growing community. You will design and implement comprehensive, state-of-the-art virtual psychiatric care pathways , impacting mental health awareness and treatment across a diverse patient panel of all ages. This pivotal role allows you to significantly shape telehealth mental health programs and contribute to a modern, integrated medical network while remotely delivering cutting-edge psychiatric support.

Every day, you will leverage advanced telepsychiatry approaches to diagnose, treat, and manage a robust patient panel experiencing high demand for psychiatric services. You will collaborate seamlessly with on-site primary care providers, emergency medicine, neurology, and other specialists within an integrated care model, ensuring coordinated, holistic patient management through virtual consultations . Your work directly addresses a significant community need, making a profound and immediate difference in reducing wait times and increasing access to quality mental healthcare from within our modern facilities or your home office.

Job Requirements

Required

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
• Board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry
• Active or eligible license in the state of North Dakota
• Strong clinical skills with experience in Psychiatry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients and families
• BLS
