What You’ll Do

• Conduct consultative sales conversations to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage (auto, home, renters, life, and related products)
• Quote policies accurately and complete applications in accordance with State Farm and regulatory requirements
• Follow up on leads and referrals promptly to move opportunities through the sales cycle
• Maintain and grow your pipeline and production goals through consistent outreach
• Build long-term client relationships through service-minded communication and policy review opportunities
• Coordinate with the agency team to ensure smooth policy issuance, changes, and ongoing servicing
• Maintain accurate documentation and activity records in the agency CRM/systems
• Stay current on product updates, compliance requirements, and agency processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling insurance products (State Farm experience is a plus)
• Proven track record of meeting sales or production goals
• Familiarity with lead sources, appointment setting, and follow-up processes
• Experience working with a CRM and maintaining an active pipeline
