Make a Difference Every Day
Your Role:
- Help clients live safely and comfortably at home
- Support clients physical, emotional, and social well-being
- Provide compassionate personal care and companionship
- Safely use assistive equipment (Hoyer lifts, wheelchairs, etc.)
- Follow care plans and timely complete required documentation
Skills and Qualifications (required)
- Valid HHA or PCA Certificate
- If you have experience as a CDPAP personal assistance you may qualify for an ACD class where you can earn a PCA certificate. Complete the application and ask your recruiter.
- Physical exam form signed and dated by a physician
- Drug screening
- Rubella & Rubeola (immunization documentation or Titers)
- TB screening- provide a negative QuantiFeron test, (if positive, requires a chest Xray)
- Past Agency employment verification or two professional reference letters
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Valid government-issued ID and Social Security documentation
- Reliable transportation to commute to clients homes
