Work Environment

This full-time position is primarily onsite, performing in-home therapy sessions that allow for a personalized approach to patient rehabilitation. You will work closely with a supportive team of healthcare professionals and case managers, enhancing your ability to provide comprehensive care. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities and constraints, establishing tailored treatment goals and creating effective intervention plans in accordance with physician directives.

• Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and discharge plans meticulously, ensuring that all records are concise, professional, and reflect the necessity for therapy services, facilitating accurate billing procedures.

• Provide direct patient care through exercises, therapeutic interventions, and education that promote recovery, with a focus on achieving functional independence.

• Supervise and mentor physical therapy assistants and support staff, providing guidance to enhance their contribution to patient care and development.

• Engage and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists to optimize patient care approaches.

• Monitor patient progress and adapt treatment plans accordingly, utilizing evidence-based practices to enhance the effectiveness of interventions.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, falling between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
