Home Health Aide

Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides to provide essential support to individuals in their homes. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by assisting them with daily activities and personal care. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing care and support to those in need, including seniors and individuals with developmental disabilities. Shifts We Are Looking To Fill 8-12 Hour Assignments (Day Shift) Weekend Assignments Live-in Assignments 12 Hour Assignments (Overnight Shifts) Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment. Help with mobility and lifting clients as needed to ensure their safety and comfort. Monitor and report changes in clients' health status to the healthcare team. Assist with medication reminders and ensure that clients follow their prescribed care plans. Support clients in hospice care, long-term care, or memory care settings as required. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks. Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care. Skills Experience in home health care, assisted living, or hospice care is preferred. Strong understanding of patient care principles and practices. Ability to lift and assist clients safely while maintaining their dignity. Familiarity with the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
