Virginia Beach, VA PeopleShare is seeking dependable, hardworking Material Handlers for a growing industrial manufacturing facility in Virginia Beach. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, learning new skills, and working in a team-oriented environment.

Schedule

Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM All new hires must be available to complete training on this shift.

After training, employees may be assigned to: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM OR 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM

Occasional Saturdays or evening shifts may be required for special projects.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and mask surfaces before coating
• Use hand and power tools, including: Sanders, Drills, Impact wrenches
• Hang parts for blasting, painting, and powder coating
• Move products between production areas
• Package finished products for shipment or pickup
• Store materials safely and securely
• Read and follow work instructions
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety and quality standards
• Assist with other production-related tasks as needed

Required PPE

• Steel-toe boots
