Portfolio Manager / Program Manager

Title: Portfolio Manager / Program Manager
Location: Ottawa, Canada(Hybrid)
Type: Contract
Day to Day Job Duties:
- Lead strategic ERP transformation programs with focus on SAP and enterprise finance platforms.
- Manage multi-year business transformation roadmaps spanning Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Operations.
- Establish governance, budget control, portfolio prioritization, and execution oversight.
- Coordinate global deployment activities across business units and regions.
- Manage system integrators, vendors, and internal delivery teams.
- Drive executive steering committee updates and business benefit tracking.
- Ensure successful change management and organizational adoption.
Basic Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in enterprise transformation programs.
- 8+ years managing SAP/ERP implementations or modernization initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Oracle ERP, or related finance platforms.
- Experience leading programs exceeding $10M in budget.
- Expertise in financial governance, PMO, and business transformation management.
- Excellent stakeholder management at VP and C-level.
Nice to Have:
- SAP certifications.
- Experience in merger integration, carve-outs, and global ERP harmonization programs.
- PgMP, PMP, SAFe certifications.
