Job Summary: Cementing Bulk Plant Operator - Windsor, CO
About the RoleJoin our dynamic team in Windsor, CO, as a Cementing Bulk Plant Operator. In this essential hands-on position, you'll ensure the safe and efficient preparation of bulk materials for wellsite delivery. This role offers comprehensive training, opportunities for advancement, and the chance to work with industry leaders in a supportive, safety-first environment. Relocation housing is available for non-local candidates. Responsibilities - Accurately blend and mix bulk cementing products to job specifications
- Safely manage material inventory, labeling, and storage procedures
- Coordinate logistics for timely material delivery to wellsites
- Maintain equipment and work areas to top cleanliness and operational standards
- Complete daily paperwork for materials received and shipped
- Participate in job risk analysis and continuous process improvement
- Always follow Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and wear required PPE
- Assist in training and mentoring new team members Required Skills and Experience - High school diploma or equivalent
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
- Willingness to learn and follow detailed procedures
- Strong attention to safety, quality, and teamwork
- No prior oilfield experience required-entry-level candidates welcome Preferred Skills - Previous general labor or oilfield experience
