Key Responsibilities Lead and support the monthly net exposure refresh process, ensuring McKesson maintains an accurate and actionable view of manufacturer risk. Manage pre-refresh activities, including manufacturer hierarchy maintenance, onboarding of new manufacturers, and organizational hierarchy updates. Execute refresh activities, including: Data extraction across Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Inventory Data consolidation and transformation Data validation and quality assurance Reporting and publication of results Perform post-refresh analysis, including: Leveraging AI-enabled tools to identify potential risk and value-creation opportunities Conducting deep-dive analysis to validate identified opportunities, quantify risk exposure, assess potential business impact, and develop recommended mitigating actions Socializing findings with internal stakeholders and aligning on risk assessments, priorities, and action plans Manage a portfolio of manufacturers with active risk mitigation initiatives by incorporating newly refreshed exposure data, reassessing priorities, and driving appropriate follow-up actions to closure. Partner across Legal, AR, AP, Returns, Procurement, Finance, and Business Units to align stakeholders and support timely execution of mitigation strategies. Contribute to the ongoing refinement of the Manufacturer Financial Risk playbook by capturing lessons learned, documenting outcomes, and identifying opportunities to improve future effectiveness. Minimum Requirements Degree or equivalent experience and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience with 2 years of experience in financial analysis, risk analysis, or a related business field. Preferred Requirements Strong proficiency in Excel formulas and functions. Relevant experience manipulating large datasets and generating insights. Critical Skills and Capabilities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into meaningful insights and recommendations. Demonstrated analytical reasoning and intellectual curiosity. Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities. Naturally curious, with a desire to learn, ask questions, and understand how businesses operate. Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with large datasets from multiple sources. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and functions. Embraces technology, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and enhance decision-making. Our Base Pay Range for this position $68,600 - $114,300 We are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson as part of our Total Rewards. This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
