- Collaborate with team members to complete work orders efficiently and maintain service schedules.
- Provide exceptional customer service by clearly communicating system issues and solutions to clients.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies during installations and repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed and parts used in company databases.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role in the heating and air conditioning industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- HVAC certification or relevant trade accreditation is preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environmental conditions.
