As a recognized technical authority, they provide advice and counsel on technology or operations, influence strategic decisions, and deliver complex projects that impact the entire business area. Responsibilities Day‑to‑day management of project milestones and budget for one or more projects Develop project plan, charter, stakeholder management plan, acceptance plan, and maintain central issue log Ensure business case/cost‑benefit analysis aligns with objectives and confirms project plans meet business needs Identify and include all stakeholders in scope definition activities and communicate schedule and key milestones Escalate project risks to the Project Director or Sponsor as appropriate Monitor vendor performance and take action when necessary Provide sophisticated analysis to define problems and develop innovative solutions Influence strategic functional decisions through advice and counsel Operate with limited supervision, exercising judgment and autonomy Act as SME to senior stakeholders and other team members Assess risk, ensure compliance with laws and policies, and safeguard the firm’s reputation Qualifications 6–10 years of relevant experience Prior industry experience Deep knowledge of day‑to‑day product or process activities and basic understanding of business economics Expertise in one or more specific skill sets and understanding of how the area integrates with others to support business objectives Education Bachelor’s/University degree (Master’s degree preferred) Salary & Benefits Primary Location Full‑Time Salary Range: $113,840.00 – $170,760.00 Benefits include medical, dental & vision coverage; 401(k); life, accident, and disability insurance; wellness programs; paid time off (vacation, sick leave and holidays); and potential discretionary and formulaic incentive awards.
