Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) - PRN | 10-20 hrs/week | Flexible schedule

Community Physical Therapy (CPT) is seeking a PRN PTA to provide therapy services in skilled nursing facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy per CPT and facility guidelines
• Support daily rehab operations
• Work collaboratively with patients and care teams

Requirements

• Active Wisconsin PTA license
• SNF experience preferred
• Net Health experience a plus
• New grads welcome
