- Recruitment & Talent Strategy
- Full cycle recruitment across diverse departments
- Partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and build proactive pipelines
- Ensure a candidate experience that reflects warmth, professionalism, and clarity
- Employer Branding & Social Media
- Develop and manage creative campaigns that amplify our culture and values
- Own our careers pages and LinkedIn presence with fresh, engaging content
- Highlight employee stories, milestones, and behind-the-scenes moments to attract talent
- Employee Engagement & Events
- Co-create and support memorable internal events-from onboarding to appreciation celebrations
- Gather feedback to enhance team connection and morale
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure inclusive and impactful programming
- HR Team Support
- Provide operational support across HR functions
- Jump into new initiatives with curiosity and a solution-focused mindset
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
- Strong communication and writing skills with a creative spark
- Comfort with social media tools and platforms (especially LinkedIn, Instagram)
- Enthusiasm for building community-online and offline
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and pivot gracefully
