Job Overview:

Requirement/Must Have:

• 1+ years of experience in assembly or related field.
• Ability to lift arms shoulder height to load the tool.
• Good hand/eye coordination manual dexterity is required as will be working with glass products.
• Close attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to perform basic functions on a PC/Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely supervised on routine tasks.
• Communicate with contacts typically within the team on matters that involve obtaining or providing information requiring explanation or interpretation to understand and reach agreement.
• Ability to work with small fragile parts.
• Follow work instructions and make operation entries on computer terminals.
• Participate in process improvements.
• Keep work area orderly and clean.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Work with engineering and engineering technicians.

Nice to Have:

• Experience handling small products/microchips (part is no larger than a quarter in diameter).

Skills:

• Ability to work with little or no supervision if required.

Qualification And Education:

• HS Diploma/GED and 4+ years of experience.
• 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with 0-2 years of prior related experience preferred.
