Why Physicians Like This Model You’re not doing it alone. 18 patients per day with no double booking Outpatient adult Primary Care 15- and 30-minute appointments Protected administrative time M-F 8am-5pm with 1 late evening per week until 7:30pm (later start to accommodate) Each physician is assigned a MA and RN each day Daily morning huddles to coordinate patient care Each site has a dedicated Practice Manager RN Care Coordinator follows patients after hospital discharge and provides education based on the clinician’s plan — allowing the physician to stay focused on primary care needs EPIC 55% of the patient population is Spanish-speaking- translation services available when needed Starting compensation is $250K with the opportunity for increased compensation based on community health experience and/or Spanish-speaking ability.
