As a Security Officer Routine Patrol in Cleveland, OH , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a professional financial institution location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and appropriate emergency response actions at a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and report security-related concerns.
• Monitor entrances, lobbies, and other assigned areas to help support authorized access, visitor processing, and adherence to location rules and expectations.
• Complete routine reports and logs related to patrol activity, incidents, and daily operations while maintaining a professional presence and strong attention to detail.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
