About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator/Project Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong estimating and project management experience in the commercial construction or facilities maintenance industry.

- Conductsitevisits,assessments,andreviewsofbiddocuments
- Managetheproposalprocessfromstarttofinish
- ReviewZohoordesignateddatabasefornewbidrequests
- Provideexcellentcustomerservicethroughouttheprojectlifecycle
- Evaluatelabor,materials,andsubcontractorservicesneededforrepairsorimprovements
- Preparefairandaccuratecostanalysesandpricingproposals
Preferred Qualifications
- Strongbackgroundincommercialconstructionestimating(3+years)
- Excellentcommunicationandorganizationalskills
- Abilitytomanagemultipleprojectsanddeadlines
- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
