Responsibilities Title: Physical Therapist Location/work environment: In facility Reporting structure: Reporting to Director of Rehab Assess patient needs, develop individualized recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy. Provide education to patients and caregivers to promote independence and productivity. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and make referrals when needed. Adapt treatment plans to fit the changing needs of each patient. Document patient progress and maintain accurate records. As a Physical Therapist, you help patients get well. You are the person who can bring their power back. In doing this, you will assess patient needs, develop their recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy. You're a healer and a helper, which is why you got into this line of work. You're equally adept at addressing the whole patient and seeing them as an individual. You know your goal is the design of a program that will restore, reinforce, and enhance their physical abilities. You're adaptable to the needs of the patient and can find joy in the variety of the work and the settings. If this sounds like you, we'd love to meet you! Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice or proof of license and eligibility. Master's degree in Physical Therapy. Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field plus a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy. Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience. The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated as the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy. Posted Salary Range USD $55.00 - $55.00 /Hr. #J-18808-Ljbffr
