Plant Administrator

Location: Lancaster PA 17601 Duration: 0-12 months Shift: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00PM Pay Rate: $23/Hour to $25/Hour Key Responsibilities

• Support HR administrative processes.
• Process purchase orders, invoices, and other financial paperwork.
• Coordinate meetings, communications, and plant events.
• Track production, safety, and operational data as needed.
• Assist with onboarding and employee administrative requests.
• Ensure accurate filing and compliance with company procedures.
• Provide general administrative support to plant leadership and departments.

• Organization & Time Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy in records, reports, payroll, invoices, and plant documentation.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication with employees, supervisors, vendors, and leadership.
• Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive employee, payroll, and business information professionally.
• Problem Solving: Identifies issues, gathers information, and supports effective solutions.
• Customer Service: Provides responsive support to employees and plant leadership.
• Data Management: Comfortable maintaining databases, generating reports, and analyzing information.
• Teamwork: Collaborates effectively across operations, HR, maintenance, quality, and finance functions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint – a plus if they have experience with Canva or Adobe!

Experience Required

• Entry level position – ideally some administrative experience.

Education Required

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field preferred.
