Program Therapist Young Adult IOP PT Days

Young Adult Intensive Outpatient Program – Program Therapist Butler Hospital is seeking a dynamic and talented Program Therapist to join the Young Adult Intensive Outpatient Program Team. The program serves young adults aged 18 to 26 dealing with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, adult transition adjustment, and related concerns. The curriculum incorporates CBT, ACT, DBT, and Schema Therapy, emphasizing resiliency and personal ownership of progress. Responsibilities As a program therapist, the employee will conduct two group therapy sessions each program evening (three evenings per week), perform initial psychiatric evaluations for new admissions, and provide weekly therapy check‑in sessions for a caseload of enrolled patients. Groups are both didactic and process‑oriented and follow a curriculum for which training is provided. Schedule & Benefits Part‑time, 20 hours per week. Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, 11:30 am–7:00 pm. Flexible opportunities exist for additional hours in partial hospital programs up to full‑time if desired.
