Industrial Engineer Job - AssemblyThe Industrial Engineer Job - Assembly will be responsible for direct/indirect labor and activities affecting line speed, cycle checks, scrolls and workstation assignments, change control and line balancing. A qualified candidate will utilize Lean concepts to identify and eliminate waste as well as perform time/motion studies using MODAPTS. This position will assist the IE Manager and IE Supervisor with technical services to maintain efficient levels of Lean manufacturing and manning. The Industrial Engineer will support Stellantis Industrial System (SIS) Domains as required.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Industrial Technology or similar / equivalentAbility to interface with all levels of the organization from shop floor to managementMust be self-motivatedExcellent organizational skillsExcellent written and oral communication skillsMicrosoft Office experienceAbility to work any shift, including overtimeAbility to travel on occasion (10% - 20%)Preferred Qualifications:Experience implementing Stellantis Production Way in a union environmentKnowledge of time study/standards, ratings, MODAPTS, ergonomic evaluationsKnowledge of Chrysler Automated Manufacturing Planning System (AMPS) knowledge preferredAssembly launch experienceKitting and indirect labor experience
