Finance Associate/Accounting Associate - Private Equity!

Our client is a leading Boston-based private equity firm with a great opportunity for an entry-level Finance Associate to join its team. This is a fantastic role for an early-career professional with 1-2 years of experience in audit, tax, fund administration, public accounting, or a related financial environment . The firm is willing to train the right candidate, making this an excellent opportunity to build your career within a sophisticated investment firm. You'll gain broad exposure to management company accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, audits, tax, and special projects while working closely with senior leadership. The package is exceptional: up to $95K + annual bonus + profit sharing after two years , with 100% of healthcare premiums covered . If you're analytical, curious, detail-oriented, and looking for a long-term opportunity where you can learn and grow, this is a role worth exploring.
