Go Rentals is a privately held luxury car rental and transportation services company specializing in serving private aviation travelers, high-net-worth individuals, hospitality guests, executives, and entertainment industry clients. Founded in 1995, the company has built its reputation around a high-touch, hospitality-focused rental experience rather than a traditional airport rental model.

Go Rentals is seeking a Claims Supervisor to handle assigned auto rental claims in support of the Corporate Office and corporate office locations. This role is part of the Corporate Fleet Department, which interacts with accounting, payroll, field, and administrative services teams. The Corporate Fleet team works together to provide high-quality, timely fleet and claims support for the entire organization, while protecting the 5-star guest experience at the only Official Elite Rentals Car Company recognized by Forbes Travel Guide.

$28-$36 /hr.

Responsibilities

• Run claims reports as needed to review, adjust, and calendar assigned claims
• Upload and review estimates and photos
• Maintain and organize claim master files
• Update notes and reminders as pertinent claim related information becomes available and respond accordingly
• Review and process all subrogation claims
• Manage and complete all settlements, negotiations, and disputes
• Assist with total loss claims
• Process check payment allocation and posting
• Process credit card payments for claims
• Set up outbound carrier claims
• Maintain a current claim diary
• Maintain all records, reports, and spreadsheets used in conjunction with assigned responsibilities
• Ensure follow-up and follow-through on all directives given
• Present a professional, welcoming contact to all team members, clients, and vendors by phone, in person, and by email
• Provide 5 Star service to field and corporate teams with every interaction

Skills & Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Associates degree or two years of relevant work experience
• Must have a Valid Unrestricted Driver's License
• Computer literate with basic knowledge in Excel spreadsheets, word processing, email, and internet applications
• Highly experienced with organizational administrative systems.
• Ability to apply strict confidentiality to all work assignments and to information encountered in the Corporate Office
• Must be able to communicate effectively to perform job duties, including interacting with management, team members, partners
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and safety protocols
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, dynamic, and changing environment
• Ability to analyze and problem-solve, and the ability to work individually or within a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in claims handling, subrogation, or the automotive rental, or insurance industry
• Experience with claims management systems
• Experience negotiating settlements with insurance carriers
• Hospitality, luxury service, private aviation, hotel, concierge, or customer-facing service experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain professionalism when working with high-net-worth or VIP clients

Pay ranges may vary based on multiple factors, including, without limitation, skill sets, education, shift covered, responsibilities, seniority, geographical market, merit, output, productivity, prior training or experience, and travel.
