At Oliver Manufacturing, we pride ourselves on excellence, innovation, and collaboration. What You’ll Do : • Prep like a Pro : Clean, sand, and prime surfaces to perfection.
• Prime with Precision : Apply primer using various techniques to achieve a flawless base.
• Keep it Smooth : Inspect and maintain priming equipment to ensure it’s always in top shape.
• Team Up : Work closely with the production team to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Stay Safe : Follow safety protocols and keep your workspace clean and organized. What you Bring : • Education : High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in painting/priming and reading blueprints within a manufacturing setting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Knowledge of different painting techniques, materials and tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
