Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Fairfax, VA is hiring an Assistant Spa Manager with experience in a membership-model spa franchise environment. What You'll Do

• Support and help lead a high-performing front desk and sales team

• Drive membership sales, upgrades, and retention in a membership-based spa model

• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs (conversion, rebooks, attrition, revenue)

• Follow structured processes and ensure execution across the team

• Coach Spa Associates on sales behaviors and client experience

• Maintain organization across schedules, inventory, payroll support, and reporting

• Partner closely with the Spa Manager to ensure operational excellence

What We're Looking For

• Experience working in a membership-based spa or franchise environment required

• Strong understanding of recurring revenue and client retention strategies

• Highly organized - you enjoy lists, trackers, and structured systems

• Proven follow-through and task completion skills

• Comfortable holding team members accountable in a professional way
