Full‑time assistants typically complete 28 or more visits per week, with most completing around 30 Part‑time: visit expectations are flexible; most part‑time assistants complete 15 or more visits per week Compensation This position is paid on a per‑visit basis. The visit rate for this role ranges from $40–$50 per visit. Other visit types are compensated at different rates. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. What You'll Need Active COTA license BLS CPR certification Reliable transportation Some tech comfort – email, texting, tablets (we'll train you as needed) Benefits Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some full‑time roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
