Benefits Strategy Leader - Mission-Driven Team Lead

Life Group

Life.Church is seeking a Central Team Leader, Benefits to design and govern our comprehensive benefits programs, ensuring compliance, competitive offerings, and clear stakeholder communications. You will lead a team, shape the benefits strategy, and partner with Finance and HR to align programs with our mission.

The role emphasizes pastoral leadership, vendor management, and ongoing education for staff about benefits, while maintaining rigorous governance and cross-functional collaboration.
