Sales & Marketing Director Charter Senior Living of West Bend – West Bend, WI Base Pay: Starting at $75,000 + Bonus Potential Lead Sales with Purpose Are you someone who can connect with families emotionally and still drive results? We’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Director who can balance empathy, urgency, and disciplined follow-up to consistently convert leads into move‑ins. This is not a passive sales role—you’ll own the full sales cycle and be accountable for occupancy growth.
