What You'll Do As a Mitigation Technician, you'll be the first responder when disaster strikes. Your responsibilities include:

• Water damage mitigation
• Structural drying
• Fire and smoke mitigation
• Emergency board-ups and tarping
• Mold remediation
• Asbestos and lead abatement (where certified)
• Carpet cleaning and specialty cleaning
• Equipment setup and monitoring
• Moisture documentation
• Customer communication and education
• Maintaining company vehicles and equipment
• Supporting warehouse operations when needed
• Participating in the on-call rotation

Every day is different. You'll work alongside an experienced team restoring homes and businesses after water, fire, mold, storm, and other property losses. We're Looking For Someone Who

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 75 lbs frequently
• Comfortable working after hours, weekends, and participating in the on-call rotation
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Basic computer and smartphone skills
