Hospitality Specialist

Job Description We’re looking for energetic, outgoing, and friendly people to promote positive guest relations, and maintain total guest satisfaction in a professional manner. Job Duties As a hospitality specialist you’ll be the first and last person our guests interact with when they dine with us. You’ll be the person to greet them with a warm smile and wish them a good night as they leave the establishment. Other duties include taking reservations over the phone, bringing guests to their table, and ensuring the evening stays organized and guests are greeted by their server in a timely manner. Additionally, you’ll be preparing retail packages (ex. balloon and rose packages) for the guest ahead of their reservation time. Job Types Full-time, Part-time Pay Starting at $16.50-$17.50/hour with the opportunity for a review and a raise after 30 days. Also, we offer employee discounts of 50% off for a dinner for two.
