Focus Workforce Management is seeking Distribution Associates to join our DTC facility in South Bend, Indiana. As a Distribution Associate 2 you will support the DC in the forms of picking, packing, warehousing, and shipping product or merchandise to individual consumers or clients. Exceptional candidates will display a high level of energy, dedication, communication, and be a team player. Often times associates will be working with limited to no supervision and must be able to learn quickly and perform job duties accurately. Requirements:
- Ability to work alone and remain on task
- Maintain excellent attendance
- Communicate effectively
- Follow all safety procedures
- Maintain and assist keeping the facility clean
- Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time
- Other job requirements may apply
Location: South Bend, Indiana (IN)
Days: Mon-Thurs. 5:00am-3:30pm
Nights: Mon-Thurs. 5:00pm-5:00am
Pay: Up to $13.00 per hour
