We are excited to present a fantastic opportunity for a board-certified or board-eligible dermatologist to become part of a physician-owned multispecialty practice based in Southwest Georgia, established since the 1990s.
The Opportunity:- Work Schedule: Enjoy a 4-day work week, with the possibility of 3 or 3.5 days after achieving partnership.
- Partnership Track: A 12-month pathway to partnership with a $10,000 buy-in.
- Work Environment: Experience a supportive company culture with collaborative physicians across various specialties. Our doctors maintain a healthy work-life balance, ensuring work stays at the office.
- Clinical Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive dermatological services, including cancer screenings, acne treatment, and surgical procedures.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside three other experienced dermatologists within a multispecialty group. Opportunities in cosmetic dermatology are available if desired.
- Support Staff: Benefit from the assistance of advanced practice providers (NPs) and a dedicated scheduling service, along with a robust patient base.
- Compensation: The first-year salary for employed physicians is set at $400,000, complemented by production incentives. Significant salary increases follow partnership, with top-earning partners taking home between $650,000 and $700,000 annually.
