FSP - QC Reviewer: Small Molecule

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a QC Reviewer for small molecule operations in Foster City, California. The role focuses on managing change controls, reviewing quality control data, and supporting compliance with GDP and GMP requirements within a functional service provider model.
Responsibilities
- Manage change controls from initiation through closure, including writing records and tracking progress
- Coordinate with subject matter experts to gather information and drive timelines to completion
- Review QC data and documentation for compliance and accuracy
- Support quality system activities and assist with report writing and documentation reviews
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings and communication as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or related lab science
- 2+ years of industry experience or Master's degree in relevant field
- Solid understanding of GDP, GMP, and quality systems concepts
- Hands-on laboratory experience, preferably in small molecule environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and project management capabilities
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills
Compensation: $67,699–$80,000 base
