Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Physical Therapist experience in an outpatient setting.

Assignment Details

• Float to other clinics as needed.
• Expected productivity is 60 visits per week.
• Expected patient volume is 12 to 14 patients per day.
• Double-booking of follow-up visits is expected.

Location Highlights

Crossville, Tennessee offers access to outdoor recreation and small-city convenience. Cumberland Mountain State Park is located in Crossville and features hiking trails and Byrd Lake, while Fall Creek Falls State Park is about 30 miles away and offers waterfalls and climbing areas.
