Fire Alarm And Security Service Technician
Firetrol Protection Systems is seeking a highly skilled Fire Alarm and Security Service Technician to join our team. As a full-service fire protection, life safety, and security company, we design, install, repair, service, and inspect a wide variety of fire suppression, life protection, and integrated security systems. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing the fire alarm systems for both new and existing customers. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. Responsibilities
Conduct routine maintenance and repair of fire alarm and security systems
Have knowledge of multiple manufacturers for fire alarm, CCTV, access control, and security systems
Maintain accurate records of service and maintenance reports
Communicate effectively with customers and staff regarding project status and scheduling
Follow company safety procedures and protocols
Keep up-to-date on the latest fire alarm system technologies and products
