Laboratory Technician-Entry Level

A leading healthcare technology firm is seeking an entry-level Complaint Investigations Technician to support product complaint investigations within a laboratory environment. This role involves evaluating returned medical products, documenting findings, performing technical troubleshooting, and maintaining quality records. Recent graduates and individuals with strong technical aptitude are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Receive, unpack, and sort returned products according to established procedures and product lines Investigate returned medical devices to support resolution of customer complaints Document investigation findings accurately within the complaint handling system Utilize troubleshooting and testing equipment including multimeters, oscilloscopes, test fixtures, and microscopes Perform routine maintenance and verification activities for testing equipment and quality records Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions to ensure compliance and consistency Enter investigation results and supporting data into electronic systems Collaborate with team members to support daily laboratory operations and investigation activities Required Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent with technical experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and computer-based systems Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English Strong documentation and data entry skills Ability to follow written procedures, work instructions, and standard operating procedures Experience with inspection, testing, troubleshooting, or quality-related activities Ability to maintain focus while performing repetitive and detail-oriented investigations Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Biology, Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, Physics, or a related field Experience in the medical device, biotechnology, laboratory, or healthcare industry Knowledge of electronic troubleshooting techniques Experience using multimeters, oscilloscopes, microscopes, or similar testing equipment Exposure to quality systems, complaint investigations, or product testing environments The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, short-term disability insurance, paid parking/public transportation, paid time off, paid sick and safe time, hours of paid vacation time, weeks of paid parental leave, and paid holidays annually – as applicable. #J-18808-Ljbffr
