We're looking for a Training & Development Specialist to help our internal teams deeply understand our technology features and confidently position them to meet dealer needs. You'll be the bridge between "what the feature does" and "why the client cares" — translating product capabilities into business values our team can communicate with confidence. With new systems and tools constantly being introduced, you'll help ensure our teams stay current and can speak fluently to how each feature drives dealer success.

What You’ll Do

• Determine the existing state of knowledge in the organization and the skills team members need to achieve their goals
• Develop programs and curriculum for orientation and ongoing job training — from internal tools and systems to client-facing products
• Become a subject matter expert in our product, the marketplace, and the dealer's world to ensure every feature is framed to resonate with real business needs
• Create custom training content — presentations, e-learning modules, and handouts — aligned with company goals
• Use various teaching methods (lectures, role-playing, case studies, group discussions) to engage employees, and offer one-on-one coaching when necessary
• Develop systems to monitor and ensure employees are performing their responsibilities according to the training
• Develop a goal-oriented, accomplishment-focused reward structure to reinforce the importance of learning that leads to long-term understanding 
• Analyze the effectiveness of training programs and drive continuous optimizations to ensure training programs are performing 

What We’re Looking For

• 3-5 years of experience in training, teaching, or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in education, business, or related discipline, or equivalent experience
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Inspiring leadership abilities with adaptability to foster individual success
• Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills
• Creative problem-solving skills to address contemporary learning needs
• Experience in curriculum development or previous training roles
• Proficiency with modern technology and training tools
• A passion for continuous learning and self-improvement
• Self-motivated, persistent, with the ability to prioritize workloads
