Élan Brio – A Life Spa is seeking Licensed Estheticians who are passionate about skincare, beauty, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. What You'll Do:

• Perform customized facials, professional skincare treatments, body treatments, and other esthetic services
• Conduct thorough skin consultations and recommend personalized treatments and home-care products
• Educate guests on skincare routines, products, and maintaining healthy, beautiful skin
• Build lasting guest relationships through exceptional service and personalized attention
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional treatment rooms
• Work collaboratively with our spa and salon team to create an outstanding guest experience

Qualifications:

• Current Wisconsin Esthetician License (Required)
• Passion for skincare, beauty, wellness, and continued learning
• Knowledge of professional skincare products, facial treatments, and skin analysis
• Excellent guest service and communication skills
• Confidence in recommending retail products and customized treatment plans
• Positive, reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude
• Experience with advanced facial treatments, peels, and skincare modalities is a plus, but not required
