Responsibilities: Provide compassionate personal care to clients, including assistance with daily living activities. Monitor and document clients' physical and emotional well-being. Administer medication as prescribed and ensure compliance with care plans. Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote mental stimulation. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals. Assist with mobility and transportation to appointments or outings. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients. Participate in training and professional development opportunities. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; certification in caregiving preferred. Previous experience in senior care or a related field is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster client relationships. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compassionate demeanor with a genuine interest in helping others. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Willingness to undergo background checks and training as required. Flexible availability to accommodate clients’ needs.
