Meets the physical, psychosocial, and cultural needs of patients and families. Communicates effectively with all members of the healthcare team regarding changes in patient condition or response to treatment. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.Experience: One year previous experience preferredLicenses: Active Arkansas or compact state RN license required. If relocating, licensure must be updated to new Primary State of Residence (PSOR) before employment begins.Education: Associate's Degree required.
